Common questions

How is pricing determined?+

The Early Adopter Club is $300 a month for barns with up to 100 horses, with no setup fee. Enterprise plans are custom for larger operations, multiple locations, custom branding, white-labeled solutions, or more complex needs.

Is there a free trial?+

We don't offer a self-service trial. Instead, we do a focused demo and fit check to make sure OnStride™ is the right match for your barn before you commit.

What's the difference between the Early Adopter Club and Enterprise?+

The Early Adopter Club covers barns with up to 100 horses. Enterprise is for operations with more than 100 horses, multiple locations, custom branding, white-labeled solutions, or more complex ownership, permission, and reporting needs.

What does onboarding look like?+

We start by learning how your barn runs. During your one-time Early Adopter launch, our team configures your system, builds your website, and sets up your Google Business Profile and local-search foundation. We then walk through it with you and take your barn live. Timing depends on the scope we confirm together.

Is the custom website really included?+

Yes. The website design and build is a one-time Early Adopter launch benefit included at no additional charge. We connect it to your OnStride™ data, and ongoing maintenance is included within the agreed scope. Hiring someone for a professional build can cost hundreds or thousands on its own. We also create and optimize your Google Business Profile and local-search presence. Google controls verification and rankings.

What is Steward, and do I get it?+

Steward is your AI barn manager, included with the membership. It sets your barn up through conversation and then helps you run it day to day, working from your real records and within each person's permissions. It never moves money, deletes records, or messages anyone on its own, and it is not a vet: it will tell you to call yours.

Does everyone in the barn get access?+

Yes. Every person gets their own account and sees exactly what they need, including owners, managers, trainers, grooms, working students, and boarders. Access is tailored by person and by horse.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. ACH bank transfers are also available for barns that prefer direct debit.
