Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Accounts and Membership
1.1 Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

1.3 Team Access
The Service allows you to grant access to other team members (e.g., riders, grooms, stable hands). You are solely responsible for managing these permissions and for all activities that occur under their access.
2. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
2.1 Subscription
The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annual).

2.2 Billing and Renewal
You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of the Service. Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your account management page or by contacting us.

2.3 Fee Changes
OnStride reserves the right to change its Subscription fees. Any changes will become effective after providing reasonable prior notice of the change.

3. User Content and Data Ownership
3.1 Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the content and data you upload, input, or create within the Service, including but not limited to horse profiles, task logs, facility details, and health notes ("User Content").

3.2 License to OnStride
By posting User Content, you grant OnStride a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and your authorized team members.

3.3 Data Privacy
All User Content and personal information are handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Uses
​
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

For any illegal or fraudulent activities.

To transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

To harass, abuse, or impersonate any person or entity.

To violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OnStride and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OnStride.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
OnStride does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OnStride, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
