Welcome to OnStride. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnStride mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”).
By creating an account or using OnStride, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
About OnStride
OnStride (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides barn management and equine-related digital tools, including scheduling, billing, horse profiles, barn management, and communication features.
We may update or improve our Services at any time
Eligibility
To use OnStride, you must:
Be at least 13 years old
Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms
Provide accurate information during account creation
If you use OnStride on behalf of a barn, trainer, or business, you represent that you have permission to do so.
Your Account
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your login credentials
All activity under your account
Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, policy violations, or harmful behavior.
Acceptable Use

Use OnStride for any unlawful purpose
Upload or share false, harmful, or misleading information
Interfere with the security or functionality of the Services
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our technology
Misuse payment or billing systems
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
We may investigate reports of misuse and take necessary actions, including removal of content, account suspension, or legal steps.
Payments, Billing & Fees
If your barn or business uses OnStride’s billing or payment features:
You agree to pay all applicable fees
You authorize our third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks) to handle payment data
You understand OnStride does not store full credit card numbers
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or introduce new charges but will notify users in advance.
Third-Party Services
OnStride may integrate with services such as:
Stripe
PayPal
QuickBooks
Firebase
Google Cloud
Messaging/email providers
These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services or actions.
Intellectual Property
OnStride owns all:
Logos
Branding
Software
Databases
Designs
Features
Functionality
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or modify any part of the platform.
User Content
You may upload data such as:
Horse information
Barn profiles
Tasks
Scheduling
Billing details
Notes
Messages
You retain ownership of your content.
By using OnStride, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Services.
We do not own nor claim rights to your business data.
Data Privacy
our use of OnStride is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your information.

Service Availability
We work to keep OnStride running smoothly, but:
We do not guarantee the platform will always be available
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or upgrades
We are not liable for downtime, data delays, or technical issues

OnStride is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
Perfect accuracy
Uninterrupted service
Error-free performance
That our Services will fit every barn’s unique needs
All use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
OnStride is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
This includes loss of revenue, profits, business, data, or goodwill
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to OnStride in the last 12 months
Some regions do not allow certain limitations—those protections will apply where required
Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold OnStride harmless from claims or damages resulting from:
Your misuse of the platform
Violations of these Terms
Content you upload or actions taken under your account
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the Services
You cause harm or risk to the platform or other users
Required for legal or security reasons
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, some rights and obligations may continue (such as fees owed or legal responsibilities).

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes must be handled in state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
